Hey guys! Welcome to our spiffy new website. (We have colours and everything!) ‘But wherefore a spiffy website,’ I hear you ask? Unless you’re a complete random who fired up AltaVista and started googling for wedding blogs on spec, you’ll know we’re getting married later this year. Obviously the only way to organise something like that is a wiki website. (So we chivvied Dan until he built one.)
There’s going to be more stuff, eventually – but from here on, we’ll be using this blog for any wedding-specific posts, which will keep all that mushy/stressy stuff out of our regular posts on our own journals.
Also, we have a cool countdown thing. (If Ruth gets stressed about the way the numbers keep falling, you can comfort her by pointing out that it makes up for not having a florist.)
O, and on the subject of weddings: big congratulations to Sian and Andy who are getting married later this month and to Liz and Simon who recently announced their engagement. You guys are awesome!
